Delete Your RTC Account

We respect your decision.

If you wish to delete your RTC – Road Trip Cruisers account, you can do so using the options below.

⚠️ Before You Proceed

Deleting your account will:

• Permanently remove your personal profile (name, email, mobile, avatar)
• Remove your membership status and access to the community
• Delete or anonymize your activity (posts, comments, messages)
• Remove your reputation points and leaderboard ranking

This action cannot be undone.

🔐 Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)

You can delete your account directly from the app:

Go to:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Follow the steps and confirm your request.

🌐 Option 2: Request Account Deletion via Web

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by submitting the form below.

Required Details:

• Registered Email Address
• Nickname
• Mobile Number (for verification)

⏳ What Happens Next?

• Your request will be verified
• Your account will be deleted within 3–7 working days
• You may receive a confirmation email once completed

🛡️ Data Retention

Some minimal data may be retained for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Financial records (if applicable)

All retained data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
