Membership Rules

The one-time entry fee for new members is ₹2000. 

The fee includes ₹1500 worth of official RTC merchandise (e.g., t-shirt, patch, keychain) and ₹500 which covers your first annual club membership. 

Yes, the annual renewal fee is ₹500 per year. This fee helps cover operational costs, digital tools, and community growth. 

Members must participate in a minimum of one (1) official RTC drive/ride per year to keep their membership active. 

Any official RTC event counts, including day rides, overnight trips, or major RTC expeditions. 

Your membership is marked as inactive if you do not participate in any official RTC drive for 12 consecutive months. 

Inactive members are removed from members-only groups and activities. 

To reinstate, you must first complete two (2) RTC drives as a non-member/first-timer to show renewed commitment. 

After completing the two required drives, you pay the standard ₹500 annual renewal fee. 

No, merchandise is only included with the initial New Member Entry Fee. Merchandise can be purchased separately upon reinstatement. 

• Membership is non-transferable and is tied to individual participation.

• Members are expected to uphold RTC values of safety, respect, and discipline, both on and off the road.

• Members who consistently disregard safety, respect, or discipline may be suspended, regardless of their ride count.
