Anand Kulkarni is a Banker by profession and a lifelong road trip enthusiast. He lives by the philosophy that the journey should always outshine the destination. When not analyzing numbers, he is planning his next adventure or discussing his favorite topics: Tech, Banking, and Automobiles. His ultimate dream is to drive his vehicle all the way to the UK or USA. 

An old hat on the road tripping circles. One of the most seasoned and experienced drivers with RTC who can lead with authority and empathy at the same time. A great human being and a phenomenal mentor.

This is Ashish. He is Punjabi at his core—a total Rajma Chawal person. Through words, music, or a lens, he loves to capture the emotions that hold true substance. Some days, his fingers create lines that turn poetic; on others, they dance over strings. Travelling is not just a hobby for him; it feeds his soul. It teaches, humbles, and fills him with stories untold. He believes life is made rich with feelings and authenticity. He thrives on simplicity, curiosity, conversations, and, of course, endless cups of chai. 

Bhupendra is a marketing entrepreneur, value seeker, and easy-going traveller who loves fast highways and slow journeys. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance still inspires him—its philosophy fuels his mindful driving and love for cultures and whiskey. He is still trying to get his family to love long drives! 

A lifelong car enthusiast who prefers a high driving stance. He learned to drive at just 9 years old on a village jeep and has since mastered everything from Matadors and Ambassadors to Sumo, Sierra, and countless other machines. With lakhs of kilometers under his belt, driving is his freedom—and while speed excites him, his convoy often reminds him to stay in formation. A water lover at heart—be it a pool, sea, or stream. His motto: "Main zindagi ka saath nibhata chala gaya, har fikr ko dhool (from the tyres) mein udata chala gaya." A lover of old tunes, a born storyteller, and someone who’s always up for a good drive and a better conversation.

You can also refer to him as Kaybee. Sindhi originally, Maharashtrian by marriage, Gujarati by career, a true Indian at heart. Nearly a senior citizen, enriched by years yet youthful at heart, will go to great lengths for a fulfilling day at play or work.

Nitin Vaswani is an energetic, curious, and people-loving soul who loves spreading good vibes wherever he goes. He is passionate about traveling, exploring new places, music, and making meaningful connections. He believes the best moments in life come from laughter, spontaneous adventures, and creating unforgettable memories. 

Meet Rubina Memon, the human equivalent of sunshine! She lives for endless possibilities and believes being of service is her superpower. Always chirpy and ready to help, Rubina’s greatest passion is the open road. RTC fueled her love for road trips, opening up limitless terrains and exciting new horizons! 

Fueled by an insatiable passion for road trips, trekking, adventure, and travel, Shilpa comes alive wherever the journey takes her. A mountain soul when she's among the peaks, and a beach spirit when she's by the waves—she finds pieces of herself in every landscape. She believes that giving is truly living, just as sharing is caring. Fluent in five languages, she finds joy in conversations that connect hearts, banters that liberate the soul, and music that gently heals the mind—whether shared over a cup of chai or a glass of wine. 

Shradha Bapat (Sasha) is a source of contagious enthusiasm, radiating positivity and good vibes wherever she goes. She is passionate about travelling, empowering others, and always ready to lend a supportive ear. With her infectious energy, she makes it a mission to brighten days and help everyone reach their full potential. 

Sanjay Gogri is a passionate traveler and foodie who loves exploring new places by road and indulging in regional vegetarian cuisines. He manages his family business in Earthwork and Building Materials. Friends are his weakness, and family is his strength, guiding and supporting him through every phase of life. 

One of the newest captains who has championed many drives as a marshall. Drives a Nexon and also the moderator of the Nexonites club of Mumbai. 

Biker, husband and a father. Drives a Fortuner and rides a Honda. Avid road tripper who travels around India with his wife, Aarushi. 

Vijay Tiwari is a serial entrepreneur, explorer at heart, and believer in living curiously. He has built ventures, traveled the world by every mode possible (still eyeing SpaceX!), and drawn inspiration from art, architecture, and music. Coffee, wine, and good conversation keep him fueled—curiosity keeps him going. 

Vrushali Sheth might be "badnaam" (infamous) within her family, but only because her answer to every activity is the same: "Movie dekhna hai? Chalo, car nikalte hain! Chai peena hai? Chalo, car nikalte hain! Lunch karna hai? Chalo, car nikalte hain!" For her, the moment her hands touch the steering wheel, she finds a unique peace. She can't describe the feeling in words. Whether driving in JVLR, or climbing the ghats of Lonavala, or cruising along a coastal highway road, that feeling is her therapy. Driving is not a task for Vrushali; it is her true escape.
